Insane Clown Posse, Detroit’s Most Iconic Rap Duo, Unleash their Energetic Rap Medley “8 Ways to Die” Featuring a Legendary Lineup
BROOKLYN, NY | DETROIT, MI (March 1st, 2019) - Fresh off of celebrating their newest LP “Fearless Fred Fury,” Detroit’s INSANE CLOWN POSSE delivers a cypher for the ages: ”8 WAYS TO DIE,” an 11-minute short film encapsulating the newfound respect granted to the Clowns after almost 30 years in the music industry.
The “8 Ways to Die” “Psypher,” aptly branded to match their homegrown label PSYCHOPATHIC RECORDS, features verses from rap legends and newcomers from around the country. The video is co-produced by Psychopathic Records and ROTTEN CAKE with director/editor JASON SHALTZ at the creative wheel. THREE 6 MAFIA’s DJ PAUL, Miami kingpin STITCHES, Detroit’s Acid Rap Originator ESHAM, New York City’s ’Smut Peddler' CAGE, Youtube/MTV star MAC LETHAL and Sin City’s favorite child of the gutter OUIJA MACC all show up to accompany the Clowns and voice their piece.
Recent years have garnered a broader appreciation of ICP’s work and they are being positively acknowledged by critics in the music world for their relentless hustle and rabid fanbase (No Jumper, The Outline, The Detroit News, appearances on Hot 97, Sway in the Morning/Shade45). Hate 'em or love 'em, there’s no denying that ICP has carved their own way in an undeniably cutthroat industry.
